Who We Are

Our website address is: https://www.ritmosdelmundo.rs.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on our site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.

If you use Gravatar, we may send an anonymized string created from your email address (called a hash) to the Gravatar service. You can view the Gravatar service privacy policy here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After we approve your comment, your profile picture will be visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the site can download and extract any location data from images.

Cookies

If you leave a comment, you may opt-in to save your name, email address, and website in cookies. This makes it easier for you to leave comments in the future, as you won’t have to fill in your details again. These cookies last for one year.

When you visit our login page, we set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie does not contain personal data and is discarded when you close the browser.

When you log in, we set cookies to save your login information and screen display preferences. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for one year. If you select “Remember Me,” your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out, we remove the login cookies.

If you edit or publish an article, we save an additional cookie in your browser. This cookie doesn’t contain personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after one day.

Embedded Content from Other Websites

Some articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content behaves exactly as if you visited the other website.

These external sites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with the embedded content. This may include tracking if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Who We Share Your Data With

If you request a password reset, we include your IP address in the reset email.

How Long We Retain Your Data

If you leave a comment, we retain the comment and its metadata indefinitely. This allows us to recognize and automatically approve any follow-up comments instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For registered users (if any), we store the personal information provided in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time, except for their username. Website administrators also have access to this information.

What Rights You Have Over Your Data

If you have an account or have left comments on this site, you can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you’ve provided. You can also ask us to erase your personal data, though this doesn’t apply to data we need to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where Your Data Is Sent

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
